Sales Engagement Specialist

 

 

The Role:

At Brightloom, we are working to create meaningful relationships between people and the brands they love. Our Customer Growth Platform (CGP) offers a SaaS approach to automated AI-driven, predictive personalization for customer brand operators.  As an SDR (Sales Development Representative) / Sales Engagement Specialist at Brightloom, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth and success. You will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential customers, and nurturing relationships to help facilitate the sales process.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking to identify and qualify potential leads.

Qualification: Conduct thorough research to understand each lead’s needs, challenges, and goals. Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.

Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through targeted email campaigns, personalized messages, and engaging conversations. Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor messages to resonate with each prospect.

Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up. Keep prospects engaged and interested in our offerings by providing valuable insights, resources, and solutions to address their needs.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and provide them with relevant information to facilitate the sales process. Collaborate with other teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.

Metrics Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities and interactions in CRM software. Track key metrics such as lead conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and overall outreach effectiveness.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and best practices in sales prospecting and lead generation. Continuously refine and improve your approach based on feedback and performance metrics.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot) and sales prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
