Sales/Partner Sales Lead



The Role: 

As a Sales/Partner Sales Lead at Brightloom, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our partner network. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, cultivating relationships with partners, and driving collaborative opportunities to achieve business objectives.

What You’ll Do:

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Identify key market segments, verticals, and target accounts to focus sales efforts effectively.

Partner Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners, including resellers, distributors, and strategic alliances. Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.

New Business Development: Lead the identification, qualification, and acquisition of new customers and partners. Build and nurture a pipeline of leads and opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.

Sales/Partner Enablement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to develop sales collateral, tools, and resources to support the sales process. Provide training and support to partners to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.

Deal Negotiation and Closure: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with customers and partners to drive successful deal closures. Ensure alignment with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual terms.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline growth, win rates, and revenue forecasts. Prepare regular reports and presentations on sales performance, key initiatives, and market trends.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Help to identify new opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or partner sales roles, with a demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers and partners.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in retail, restaurant and ecommerce.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot).
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
